My name is Hannah ⏾⋆.˚

I am a certified fertility awareness instructor, therapist, dog mom, scorpio, bookworm, researcher, and reproductive justice advocate.

I firmly believe that knowledge is power, and that is part of why I am so passionate about you to read your body using the fertility awareness method. Whether you are TTA, TTC, or just wanting to understand how your own body works, I am happy to help in any way that I can. Setting aside its’ family planning uses, fertility awareness education can save you hours of stress about “late” periods and help you identify root causes of pre-menstrual symptoms.

Red Moon Cycles is the product of my underlying passion for reproductive justice. My work with populations who have experienced sexual violence, abortion, infertility struggles, and chronic conditions informs my values and demeanor as I work with you. I am not against the use of hormonal birth control, and believe every individual deserves the knowledge and access to options for reproductive healthcare and birth control so that they can make informed choices about their bodies. You do not need to be sold on FAM or desire to use it for the rest of your life to work with me. Through this platform I hope to offer not only FAM instruction for body literacy and contraception/conception support, but also abortion doula services and more.

My goal is to expand your health, pleasure, safety, confidence, and wellbeing through these offerings. Learning to chart with me is a lifelong investment that will enable you to use your cycle as a fifth vital sign. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect what your body has been trying to tell you.
